Pendleton stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offers a 60-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every piece of heritage-quality apparel and home decor.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; a flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once received.
